chicken, beans, tomatoes Ingredients:
220 g onion, chopped |
450 g black beans |
450 g kidney beans |
450 g corn (drained) |
225 g tomato sauce |
800 g diced tomatoes |
3 chili peppers |
35 g packet taco seasoning |
500 g chicken breasts, meat only |
Directions:
1. Mix everything together in a slow cooker except chicken. 2. Lay chicken on top and cover. Cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours. 3. 30 minutes before serving, remove chicken and shred. Return chicken to slow cooker and stir in. 4. This is good eaten with cheese, sour cream, or tortilla chip |
