Ingredients:
1 1/2 lbs boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 (10 3/4 ounce) can 98% fat-free cream of mushroom soup
1/4 cup chopped onion
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
3 cups cooked rice or 3 cups wheat noodles
Directions:
1. Spray inside of slow cooker with cooking spray. Combine all ingredients in slow cooker and mix well. Cover and cook on LOW heat for 3-6 hours or on HIGH 2-3 hours.
