Slow Cooker Chicken Stew Lowfat |

Another simple way that I make chicken stew. Serve with potato salad and hot rolls.....yum! Ingredients:
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts |
1 can lowfat cream of chicken soup |
1 can lowfat cream of mushroom soup |
4 cups of water |
4 chicken bouillion cubes |
salt, black pepper and creole seasoning(leblanc's) |
kitchen bouquet (about 1-2 tbs. for color) |
Directions:
1. Season chicken with salt, pepper and creole seasoning. 2. Mix cans of soup, water, kitchen bouquet and 4 bouillion cubes in the crockpot. 3. Add chicken. I don't even brown it first. 4. Cover and cook on low 8-10 hours OR 4-6 hours on high 5. until chicken is done. 6. Serve over rice. |
