490 g chicken breast, without skin |
260 g carrots, chopped |
485 g potatoes, chopped |
130 g celery, chopped |
130 g onion, chopped |
200 g mushrooms |
10 g garlic, minced |
1 tsp dried thyme |
1 tsp dried oregano |
1 tsp dried marjoram |
1 tsp basil |
1 tsp bay leaf |
1 tsp black pepper |
1100 ml water |
1 tsp lemon juice |
Directions:
1. Chop chicken, carrots, potatoes, celery, and onion and put them in the slow cooker. 2. Pour the mushrooms on top. 3. Sprinkle on the seasonings, pour in the water and lemon juice, and put the lid on cooker. 4. Let cook on high for 4 hours, or on low for the day. |
