847 g 2 cans of diced tomatos no salt added |
245 g 1 can chicken broth fat free low sodium |
455 g 1 can black beans |
744 g 4 peppers hot and spicy |
30 g 2 green onions |
140 g 1 cup cubbed chicken breast meat |
66 g 4 tbs tomato paste |
168 g 1 1/2 cups macaroni past noodles |
Directions:
1. chop veggies 2. add in all ingredients except noodles into the slow cooker. 3. Just before you serve boil your noodles, drain and add in. 4. serve, nice and hot. YUMMMMM |
