Serve with rice or egg noodles Ingredients:
3 tablespoon flour |
2 pounds chicken breast, boneless, skinless |
2 cups onion, chopped |
1 1/4 cups chicken broth, 99% fat free |
1 cup bell pepper, chopped |
1/2 cup carrot, shredded |
2 tablespoon paprika |
2 teaspoon garlic |
1 teaspoon salt |
1 teaspoon black pepper |
8 ounces mushrooms |
1 1/4 cup cream, sour, reduced fat |
Directions:
1. Combine flour and chicken in a medium bowl; toss well. Add chicken mixture, chopped onion, and the next 8 ingredients (through mushrooms) to an electric slow cooker. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours. 2. Serving size = 1 cup |
