Slow Cooker Chicken Nacho Dip |

This came from Fantastic Slow Cooker Crockpot Recipes. I have not tried this, just posting for safe keeping. Ingredients:
14 ounces diced tomatoes with green chilies, drained |
2 large boneless skinless chicken breasts, cooked and shredded |
1 lb processed cheese, cubed |
1/3 cup sour cream |
1 1/2 tablespoons taco seasoning |
1/4 cup diced green onion |
2 tablespoons minced jalapeno peppers (optional) |
1 cup black beans, rinsed and drained |
Directions:
1. In slow cooker add all ingredient except black beans and cook on HIGH for 1-2 hours stirring occasionally, the cheese should be melted. 2. Add the black beans and cook for 15 additional minutes. |
