Slow Cooker Chicken Korma

Ingredients:
1 lb boneless skinless chicken thighs, cut in chunks
1 large potato, peeled and cut in 1/2-inch chunks
1 large onion, coarsely chopped
1 (14 1/2 ounce) can stewed tomatoes
1 garlic clove, minced
1 teaspoon curry powder
1/2 teaspoon ground cloves
1 teaspoon kosher salt
1 cinnamon stick
1/2 cup sour cream or 1/2 cup plain yogurt
Directions:
1. Place chicken, potato and onion in bottom of 4qt slow cooker. Pour in tomatoes with juice. Add garlic, curry powder, cloves, salt and cinnamon stick. Cover and cook on low 6-8 hrs or high 3-4 hours Remove and discard cinnamon stick. Stir in sour cream. Serve over rice, with naan on the side.
