Three simple ingredients tossed in the slow cooker turn out a rich velvety sauce that is terrific over hot cooked egg noodles or fluffy mashed potatoes. Ingredients:
3 lbs. beef stew meat, cubed |
1/2 c. (1 stick) butter |
1 envelope onion soup mix |
Directions:
1. Put beef in slow cooker with butter; sprinkle onion soup over top. 2. Cook on Low 8 hours, or High 4 - 5 hours, stirring once or twice. 3. Makes a rich gravy to pour over hot cooked egg noodles or fluffy mashed potatoes. Delish! And it couldn't be simpler! |
