2 pound(s) lean beef stew meat cut into 1/2 pieces |

Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in large slow cooker. Cover and cook on low 6 to 8 hours. Just warm tortillas, spoon on cantatas, and top with avocado, cheese, and onion. |
