Easy and low cal and low fat.
Ingredients:
3 whole chicken breast, boneless skinless and halved
1 tablespoon ginger root, grated
3 garlic cloves, minced
4 ounces soy sauce
2 teaspoons onion powder
3/4 cup brown sugar packed
4 ounces bourbon
Directions:
1. Put all ingredients in a slow cooker and cook on slow for 8 hours.
2. Serve on top of white rice then drizzle the left over sauce over the top.
