1. Slow cooker Beefy beans, rice and cornbread

4. Beefy beans
5. regular package pinto beans
6. packet onion soup mix
7. tsp salt
8. liquid and pieces of fat from crock potting a roast of beef
9. Water to cover
10. Wash beans thrououghly, making sure to pick out bad ones and stones.
11. Pour into large crock pot
12. pour over beans the beef juices.
13. Add water to cover and the salt and onion soup mix.
14. Cook on high for 6 hours until done.
15. Make rice in a rice cooker.
16. Make cornbread this way:
17. packages jiffy cornbread mix
18. can corn kernals
19. water
20. powdered milk
21. tsp sugar
22. eggs
23. mix all together and beat lumps out.
24. Cook at 350 until done.
25. Serve with butter, beans and rice.
