Ingredients:
500g blade steak diced |
1 onion sliced |
1 1/2 clove(s) garlic crushed |
250g mushrooms sliced |
1/4 cup(s) tomato paste |
1/2 can(s) tomato soup |
1 1/2 tablespoon(s) dijon mustard |
125mls beef stock |
1/2 cup(s) sour cream |
2 tablespoon(s) gravy powder |
salt and pepper |
Directions:
1. Place all ingredients in slow cooker, except mushrooms, sour cream and gravy powder. 2. Cook covered on low for 6 hours or 3 hours on high 3. Add mushrooms then cook for a further 1 hour 4. Add sour cream and gravy 5. Serve with pasta |
