Ingredients:
2 pound(s) beef stew meat 1 inch cubes |
1/4 cup(s) flour |
1 teaspoon(s) salt |
1 teaspoon(s) pepper |
4 clove(s) garlic minced |
1 bay leaf |
1 teaspoon(s) paprika or cayanne |
3 teaspoon(s) worchestershire sauce |
1 onion chopped |
1 3/4 cup(s) beef broth equals 1 can |
4 potatoes diced |
3 carrots diced |
1/4 pound(s) green beans |
2 tablespoon(s) flour |
1 teaspoon(s) garlic powder |
1 teaspoon(s) onion powder |
2 teaspoon(s) garlic salt |
1 can(s) tomato sauce use a small can |
Directions:
1. ) Place meat in slow cooker. In a bowl, mix flour, salt, pepper, garlic and onion powder. Pour over meat. and make sure the meat is coated with the mixture. Stir in garlic, bay leaf, paprika, garlic salt, Worcestershire sauce, onion, beef broth, tomato sauce, potatoes, carrots, and green beans. 2. ) Cover and cook on low for 10-12 hours or on high for 4-6 hours. 3. ) Half way thru the cooking process, add the 2 tablespoons of flour and mix well. 4. ) Serve over steamed rice. |
