My niece calls this the beef from heaven. Use your cheapest cut of beef and let it cook forever. You can serve this au jus or make a gravy by adding flour Ingredients:
4 lbs beef roast |
1/4 cup soy sauce |
1 beef bouillon cube |
1 bay leaf |
4 peppercorns |
1 teaspoon rosemary |
1 teaspoon thyme |
1 garlic clove, minced |
Directions:
1. Add roast to slow cooker. 2. Add remainder of ingredients. 3. Set to low or medium heat. 4. Cook overnight and all the next day. |
