Slow-Cooker Beef Mushroom Barley Soup |

Super simple, but super delicious. It also smells wonderful while it's cooking. Ingredients:
2 lbs beef chuck, cubed |
4 teaspoons beef base |
1 (12 ounce) bag frozen chopped onions |
1 (8 ounce) can tomato sauce |
8 ounces mushrooms, sliced |
3/4 cup pearl barley |
1/2 teaspoon black pepper |
5 cups water |
Directions:
1. In slow cooker, combine all ingredients. 2. Cover and cook on low setting for 5-6 hours. |
