First time making this. I'll let you know. Ingredients:
1 1/4 pounds stew beef |
1 cup frozen peas, thawed |
1 cup frozen corn kernels, thawed |
1 large onion, chopped |
1 1/2 cups carrots, sliced |
2 cups diced tomatoes, 1 can |
2 cloves garlic, minced |
3 cups chicken broth |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1/2 teaspoon black pepper |
1 teaspoon onion powder |
1 teaspoon basil leaf |
3/4 cup brown rice, uncooked |
Directions:
1. Just throw everything into the slow cooker. 2. Cook for 10 hours. |
