It doesn't get much easier. Serve on toasted buns, add your favorite side dishes, and there you go. Ingredients:
3 lbs boneless chuck roast |
1 teaspoon garlic powder |
1 teaspoon onion powder |
salt and pepper |
1 (18 ounce) bottle barbecue sauce |
Directions:
1. Place roast into slow cooker. 2. Sprinkle with garlic and onion powders, salt and pepper. 3. Pour bar-b-que sauce over meat. 4. Cook on Low for 6 to 8 hours. 5. Remove meat from cooker, shred and return to cooker for 1 more hour. 6. Serve hot. |
