This came from Better Homes & Gardens. I have not tried this, just posting for easy finding. Ingredients:
45 ounces canned pinto beans (3 cans) |
1 chopped onion |
1 chopped yellow sweet pepper |
2 tablespoons barbecue sauce (a few hefty spoonfuls) |
brown sugar |
1 teaspoon dried mustard |
Directions:
1. In a slow-cooker add pinto beans, onion, yellow sweet pepper, bbq sauce, brown sugar and dried mustard. 2. Cook for 4 hours on low or 2 hours on high. |
