Adaptation from All . I don't care for a lot of spice or heat, so I changed up this recipe to fit my taste. More spice can be added if you prefer the chili hotter Ingredients:
3/4 lb boneless skinless chicken breast half, cubed |
1 medium onion, chopped |
3 garlic cloves, minced |
1 tablespoon olive |
1 1/2 cups chicken broth |
1 (11 ounce) can great northern beans, rinsed and drained |
1 (11 ounce) can garbanzo beans, rinsed and drained |
1 (11 ounce) can whole kernel corn, rinsed and drained |
3 tomatillos |
1 teaspoon ground cumin |
Directions:
1. In a large skillet, saute chicken, onion and garlic in oil until onion is tender. Put into slow cooker and add remaining ingredients. Stir, cover and cook on low for 7-8 hours. |
