This recipe really helps when you have to work all day and don't have time to cook at night. Ingredients:
15 chicken meatballs (equiv. 1 package aidells pineapple & teriyake) |
1 lb baby carrots, peeled |
2 (14 1/2 ounce) cans new potatoes, whole |
2 (14 ounce) cans chicken broth (low sodium) |
Directions:
1. Line bottom of slow cooker with baby carrots. 2. Spread the young potatoes next. 3. Spread the meatballs. 4. Pour in chicken broth. 5. Cook on Low setting for 8-10 hours. |
