Ingredients:
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1/4 teaspoon pepper |
1 1/2 lbs boneless beef round steak, cut into six pieces |
1 medium onion, cut into 1/4-inch slices |
1 celery rib, cut into 1/2-inch slices |
2 (8 ounce) cans tomato sauce |
Directions:
1. In a large resealable plastic bag, combine the flour, salt, and pepper. 2. Add the steak; seal bag and toss to coat. 3. Place the onion in a greased slow cooker. 4. Top with steak, celery and tomato sauce. 5. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or until meat is tender. |
