Slow Cooked Spicy Southwest Beef and Bean Chili |

Serve with cornbread or sour cream, guacamole and shredded Cheddar cheese. Ingredients:
1 1/2 lbs boneless beef round steak, cut into 3/4-inch pieces (1/2 inch thick) |
1 medium onion, chopped (1/2 cup) |
4 (8 ounce) cans no-salt-added tomato sauce |
1 (15 1/4 ounce) can sweet whole kernel corn, drained |
1 (15 ounce) can black beans, drained, rinsed |
1 (4 1/2 ounce) can chopped green chilies |
2 tablespoons chili powder |
Directions:
1. In 4 to 5-quart slow cooker; combine all ingredients; mix well. 2. Cover; cook on Low setting 8 to 9 hours. |
