Slow Cooked Sloppy Joe Supper |

Ingredients:
1 (32 ounce) package frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed |
1 (10 3/4 ounce) can condensed cheddar cheese soup, undiluted |
1/4 cup egg substitute |
1 teaspoon salt |
1/2 teaspoon pepper |
2 lbs ground beef |
2 tablespoons finely chopped onions |
1 (15 1/2 ounce) can sloppy joe sandwich sauce |
Directions:
1. In a large bowl, combine the potatoes, soup, egg substitute, salt and pepper. 2. Spread into a lightly greased 5-quart slow cooker. 3. In a large skillet, cook beef and onion over medium heat until meat is no longer pink; drain. 4. Stir in sloppy joe sauce. 5. Spoon over potato mixture. 6. Cover and cook on low for 4 to 4-1/2 hours or until heated through. |
