Found this recipe which looks interesting and easy to make. Make some steamed vegetable and some mashed potatoes to go with this for a complete meal. Ingredients:
3 lbs beef roast (cut of your choice) |
14 ounces beef broth |
14 ounces water |
1 (1 1/4 ounce) package onion soup mix |
1 (1 ounce) package dried italian salad dressing mix |
Directions:
1. Place all ingredients in slow-cooker. 2. Turn slow-cooker on low and cook for 6 hours. 3. Note: Extra broth makes a great base for vegetable beef soup! |
