I found this in Simple & Delicious magazine. Had to post this so as not to lose it. This sounds wonderful and simple. Ingredients:
4 lbs country-style boneless pork ribs |
1 cup barbecue sauce |
1 cup catalina dressing |
1/2 teaspoon minced garlic |
2 tablespoons flour |
1/4 cup cold water |
Directions:
1. Cut ribs into serving size pieces. 2. Place in a 5-quart slow cooker. 3. Combine barbecue sauce and salad dressing; pour over ribs. 4. Sprinkle with garlic. 5. cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or until meat is tender. 6. Remove ribs and keep warm. 7. Strain cooking liquid into a small saucepan; skim fat. 8. Combine flour and water until smooth; stir into cooking liquid. 9. Bring to a boil; cook and stir for 2 minute or until thickened. 10. Spoon sauce over the ribs. |
