Slow-Cooked Orange Chicken

This came from AZ Central. I have not tried this, just posting for safe keeping.
Ingredients:
1 large sweet potato
1 lb boneless skinless chicken thighs
2 teaspoons asian seasoning, blend
1/2 cup orange marmalade
1/2 tablespoon rice or 1/2 tablespoon cider vinegar
1/2 tablespoon reduced sodium soy sauce
Directions:
1. Peel and dice sweet potato and place in slow cooker. Place chicken on top and sprinkle with seasoning. Top with marmalade, vinegar and soy sauce.
2. Cook on high for 3 to 4 hours, or low for 6 to 8 hours, until chicken is cooked through and sweet potatoes are fork-tender. Serve over rice.
