Slow Cooked Kielbasa and Cheese Casserole |

Haven't tried this one, but I want to, it sounds really good. Ingredients:
3 cups uncooked noodles |
oil |
2 beef bouillon cubes |
1 cup boiling water |
1/4 cup flour |
2 tablespoons butter, melted |
4 ounces shredded cheese |
1 lb kielbasa, sliced |
1 small onion, chopped |
2 carrots, grated |
Directions:
1. Cook noodles until barely tender. 2. Drain. 3. Toss with a small amount of oil. 4. Dissolve bouillon in boiling water. 5. Combine all ingredients in a slow cooker. Cover. Cook on LOW 8 hours. |
