weight watchers recipe using tortillas Ingredients:
1 small onion, chopped |
1 cup celery, chopped |
1 pound ground turkey |
1 tablespoon chili powder |
2 teaspoons dried basil |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1/4 teaspoon pepper |
1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper |
4 tomatoes, chopped |
1/4 cup ketchup |
1 tablespoon dijon mustard |
1 cup frozen corn |
Directions:
1. saute onion, celery, turkey 2. add spices 3. add tomatoes, ketchup, mustard and corn 4. serve on warm fat free tortillas 5. you can used canned crushed tomatoes but if you use fresh tomatoes it is so much better |
