1 lb ground beef |
1 medium onion, chopped |
1 cup ketchup |
2 tablespoons cider vinegar |
1 tablespoon yellow mustard |
2 tablespoons dark brown sugar |
1 teaspoon black pepper |
1/4 cup water |
4 hamburger buns |
Directions:
1. Brown the onion and ground beef until the beef is no longer pink and onion softens. Drain and return to pan. 2. Add the rest of the ingredients and simmer together for 15 minutes, stirring frequently. 3. Serve on split hamburger buns. |
