Another large quantity recipe from my dear friend Miss Nola. Ingredients:
3 lbs ground beef |
1 1/2 tablespoons lemon juice |
2 tablespoons vinegar |
3/8 cup water |
1 tablespoon dry mustard |
1 pint diced celery |
3 tablespoons brown sugar |
1 tablespoon chopped onion |
1 (16 ounce) bottle ketchup (small bottle) |
2 teaspoons salt |
Directions:
1. Cook beef till no longer pink. 2. Add liquids, sugar, vegetables, seasonings. 3. heat through and serve on buns. 4. cook time is approximately. |
