everyone loves these Ingredients:
1 small onion |
2 stalks celery |
1 1/2 lbs ground beef |
1 (6 ounce) can tomatoes |
1/2 cup ketchup |
1 teaspoon ground mustard powder |
3 tablespoons brown sugar, firmly packed |
salt and pepper |
Directions:
1. peel the onion and it in into 1/4 inches pieces. place the onion, celery and ground beef into a large saute pan over med heat for 10 minutes. dump meat into a colander to let fat drain off, and put back into saute pan. 2. add tomato paste, ketchup, ground mustard, and brown sugar to the pan and stir well. cook for 20 minutes and season to taste with salt and pepper. 3. all you need are some buns and you're good to go. |
