Here is a recipe from a school system when schools used to make their lunches from scratch. It's quick, easy and delicious. Ingredients:
1 1/2 lbs ground beef |
1 (12 ounce) bottle ketchup |
2 tablespoons sugar |
2 tablespoons vinegar |
2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce |
1 tablespoon prepared mustard |
salt |
Directions:
1. Brown beef and chop with fork tines, not too fine and add salt. 2. Combine other ingredients and let come to a boil; add beef. Simmer 20 minutes. 3. Serve over hamburg rolls. |
