This recipe was created to accompany Smoked Salmon on Cream Cheese Toasts with Chives . Can be prepared in 45 minutes or less. Ingredients:
2 belgian endives |
2 tablespoons sour cream |
1 1/2 teaspoons white-wine vinegar |
1 teaspoon finely chopped fresh tarragon leaves or 1/4 teaspoon dried tarragon, crumbled, or to taste |
1/4 teaspoon sugar |
freshly ground black pepper to taste |
Directions:
1. Trim endives and separate leaves. Cut leaves lengthwise into thin strips and in a bowl toss with remaining ingredients and salt to taste. |
