Slimming World Friendly Lemon and Garlic Roast White and Sweet P

Made this last night with baba ghanoush and chickpea and veg stew served with a greek salad, syn free on extra easy
Ingredients:
500 g white potatoes (unpeeled cut into 1 inch chunks)
500 g sweet potatoes (peeled and cut into chunks)
low-fat cooking spray
1 garlic clove (minced)
1/2 lemon, juice of
salt
low-fat cooking spray
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to gas mark 7, mix all ingredients together in large bowl and season to taste with salt, spray liberally with low fat cooking spray,
2. Spread out on a baking sheet and bake for approximately 40 minutes tunring over half way through cooking time.
