Slightly Whole Wheat Raisin Bread |

This is based on 2Labs2Many's Sweet Sub-style Sandwich Bread (Sweet Sub-style Sandwich Bread). It turned out very nicely, soft inside, crunchy outside and sweet but not crumbly. Ingredients:
1 cup warm water |
1 tablespoon oil |
1 beaten egg |
2 1/2 cups bread flour |
1 cup whole wheat flour |
1/2 cup sugar |
1 teaspoon salt |
1 tablespoon yeast (or as needed) |
1/3 cup raisins |
Directions:
1. Warm ingredients are best. 2. Put ingredients in bread machine in order recommended by manufacturer. Except that I put the raisins in at the start of the mixing. 3. Use the normal bread cycle. |
