Impress your guests by serving it with whipped cream . It can be frozen but just reheat it before serving . Ingredients:
200 g milk powder and sugar |
100 g butter , melted |
75 g almonds , grounded |
25 g flaked almonds |
3 eggs , beaten |
1/2 tsp saffron strands |
Directions:
1. Pre heat oven at 160 deg . 2. Place the grounded almonds , milk pwd , sugar and saffron strands in a mixing bowl . 3. Pour the butter and mix well . 4. Add the eggs and blend well . 5. Spread in a 9 inch shallow dish and bake for 45 mins . 6. Cut into slices and decorate with flaked almonds . 7. Serve hot . |
