Sliced Tomato Salad with Capers and Basil |

This salad is best if you make it with juicy, sweet, summertime tomatoes. Ingredients:
2 tomatoes (about 3/4 pound) |
2 tablespoons coarsely chopped fresh basil |
1 teaspoon capers |
1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar |
1 tablespoon water |
2 teaspoons extravirgin olive oil |
1 small garlic clove, minced |
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper |
1/8 teaspoon salt |
Directions:
