Quick easy to make oven roasted potato spuds! Ingredients:
3 potatoes peeled and sliced |
salt |
evoo |
Directions:
1. Pre heat oven to 450 degrees. 2. Peel, cut, and wash potatoes. 3. Slice potatoes. 4. Place on roaster pan coat both sides with some salt and EVOO. 5. Bake on one side for about 15 minutes, then flip all over and bake for another 10-15 depending on crispiness you like. |
