Sliced Melon with Raspberry Sauce

Ingredients:
1 (10-ounce) package frozen unsweetened raspberries, thawed
2 tablespoons raspberry vinegar
4 teaspoons honey
1 small cantaloupe
10 boston lettuce leaves
2 tablespoons chopped fresh mint
Directions:
1. Place first 3 ingredients in a food processor or electric blender; process until pureed. Pour through a wire mesh strainer to remove seeds.
2. Peel and slice cantaloupe. Place lettuce leaves and cantaloupe slices on 5 salad plates. Drizzle with raspberry sauce. Sprinkle with mint.
