Sliced cucumbers and onions in vinegar
Ingredients:
3 -4 medium cucumbers
1 small onion
1 cup white vinegar
1 cup sugar
1 cup water
Directions:
1. Peel and slice the cucumbers, thinly slice the onion and place in a bowl.
2. Then mix vinegar, sugar, and water together and pour over the cucumbers and onions. It tastes the best if it is allowed to sit in the fridge for an hour or two.
