Sliced Apples With Cinnamon and Lemon Juice

A delicious and healthy dessert or side.
Ingredients:
2 apples, cored and thinly sliced
1 tablespoon butter or 1 tablespoon margarine
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1 tablespoon lemon juice
Directions:
1. Heat butter in skillet.
2. Sauté apples in butter, over medium low heat, 1-2 minutes until beginning to soften.
3. Sprinkle apples with cinnamon, nutmeg and lemon juice.
4. Continue cooking until apples are soft lightly browned and most of the liquid is evaporated.
5. Arrange apple slices on plates and sprinkle brown sugar.
