Salad base with multiple vegetables
Ingredients:
3 cups cabbage, green, shredded
1 cup cabbage, red, shredded
1 zucchini, peeled, grated
1 yellow squash, peeled, grated
2 cups celery, chopped
Directions:
1. Shred cabbage
2. grate squash
3. chop celery
4. mix in bowl
5. Can be stored in tupperware for 1 week
6. Great as a base - add lettuce, spinach, tomatoes, cucumbers as desired.
