A super easy and quick dip for parties, get-togethers, or when unexpected company drops in.I also like to add horseradish to mine for an extra kick. Ingredients:
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened |
1/4 cup milk |
1 (8 ounce) package flaked imitation crabmeat or 1 (6 ounce) can crabmeat, drained, flaked and cartilage removed |
1/4 cup sliced green onion |
1/4 cup chopped sweet red pepper |
1 teaspoon curry powder |
1/2 teaspoon garlic salt |
assorted cracker |
Directions:
1. In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and milk until smooth. 2. Stir in the crab, onions, red peppers, curry powder, and garlic salt. 3. Refrigerate until serving. 4. Serve with crackers. |
