Skryllo also known as krumkakke depending on what part of Norway you are from. Skryllo (or strull as my grandmother's family pronounced it) has always been a family favorite. Ingredients:
1 cup sugar |
1/2 oleo |
1 cup sweet milk |
2 eggs beaten |
2 cups flour |
1 tsp. cardomon |
Directions:
1. Mix together the ingredients in mixer. 2. Put 1 tsp. of batter on skryllo (krumkakke) iron for about 30 seconds to a one minute. 3. Quickly roll on roller or into a cone shape. 4. Eat plain or fill cone with whip cream. |
