Really good cookies. Ingredients:
2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour |
1 teaspoon baking soda |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1/2 cup margarine, softened |
3/4 cup sugar |
3/4 cup lightly packed brown sugar |
1 teaspoon vanilla extract |
2 eggs |
1 3/4 cups skor toffee pieces (10 oz) |
Directions:
1. Heat oven to 350°F. 2. Lightly grease baking sheet. 3. Stir together flour, baking soda, and salt. 4. In a large bowl, beat together margarine, both sugars, and vanilla until well blended. 5. Add eggs; beat well. 6. Gradually add flour mixture, beating until well blended. 7. Stir in Skor bits. 8. Drop by rounded teaspoons onto cookie sheet. 9. Bake for 9-11 minutes or until lightly browned. 10. Cool slightly, then remove cookies to wire rack. 11. Cool completely. |
