This recipe was given to me by a co-worker. We had a bake sale and my daughter , who came to help, could not stop eating them. An then I couldn't stop eating them!! We now call them Death Cookies 'cause they are to die for ! Read more !!! Ingredients:
1 cup of margerine |
1 cup of white sugar |
1 cup of brown sugar |
2 eggs |
1 tsp of vanilla |
2 cups of all purpose flour |
2 cups of oatmeal |
1 tsp of baking powder |
1 tsp of baking soda |
12 oz of milk chocolate chips |
3 crushed skor bars |
Directions:
1. Combine and mix well the first 5 ingredients 2. Mix together all purpose flour,oatmeal, baking powder and baking soda and mix well with wet ingredients. Add the chocolate chips and Skor bars mix well 3. Place tea spoon size balls on an non greased cookie sheet flatten slightly and bake 375 for about 6 to 8 min Bake just until they are golden brown DO NOT OVER BAKE Otherwise they will not be chewy. Remove from cookie sheet immediately after baking. Enjoy!! 4. ( We tried it with white chocolate chips and they were also good) |
