When you want pizza but not all the calories and fat! Ingredients:
2 rice cakes |
2 pieces fat-free american cheese slices |
3 -4 tablespoons pizza sauce |
1 teaspoon pizza seasoning |
1/2 teaspoon basil |
vegetables (optional) |
Directions:
1. Put pizza sauce on rice cakes. 2. Sprinkle pizza seasoning, basil and any optional vegetables on top of pizza . 3. Cover each pizza with a piece of fat free cheese. 4. Heat in microwave for 30-60 sec. depending on your preference. |
