This was given to me by a friend at the gym. It's so simple I'm almost embarassed to post! But it's so delicious and low fat! You CAN have your cake and eat it too! Ingredients:
18 ounces angel food cake mix |
20 ounces dole pineapple, crushed |
2 cups cool whip lite |
Directions:
1. In a large bowl mix cake batter with undrained pineapple. 2. Pour into an ungreased 9x13 cake pan. 3. Bake 30 minutes at 350. 4. Cool. 5. Frost with cool whip. 6. Eat, eat , eat! Eat all you want! |
