This is a great easy low fat dip to use with your fresh fruit. Kids and parents love it and it's healthy! Ingredients:
1/2 cup miracle whip light |
1 (6 ounce) container lemon low fat yogurt |
1/4 cup almonds, toasted and chopped |
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon |
1 (8 ounce) can crushed pineapple |
1/4 cup toasted coconut |
1/8 teaspoon ground ginger |
Directions:
1. Mix ingredients until well blended; refrigerate. 2. Serve with assorted fruit. |
